Pep Rally

Today was the first pep rally for the girls this year. Tonight, Ryan plays our cross town rival, Denton High School. The game is called "The Battle of the Volt". It is usually one of the best match ups of the year.

I went to the pep rally at school this morning, and man was it fun! I used to love them when I was in school, and apparently still do. They had a theme for it today, it was "throwback". All of the Strutters had gotten together after practice one day and tie dyed shirts together to wear.

*Scotty Young is Ryan's star Quarterback. He has thrown for 1,495 yards and has 22 touchdown passes during 11 quarters of work in Ryan’s first four games. He is ranked as the top quarterback in all of Texas, and in the top 5 in the country. He is just awesome to watch! I'm fairly certain we will one day be watching him on TV in the NFL.

Here is another hilarious video!! The RHS Honor Guard guys did a skit today. The school we are playing tonight are the Broncos, and their drill team are the Fillies.
Our Honor Guard came out and did a performance as.....the DHS Fillies. It is a must watch!!
