Turner Falls

On Friday, I took Kati and 2 of her best friends to Turner Falls in Oklahoma. We had a blast!! We got there about 10:30am and stayed until around 8pm. Below are the pictures of our day.

Old Friends

While I was growing up, my dad's best friends were Larry and Sue Cline. They lived near him and were always together. They had a houseboat at the lake where we had a cabin, so every weekend during the summer was spent with them on the lake. Most of my childhood memories involve them in some fashion. They live in Joplin, Missouri - and I hadn't seen them in approximately 22 years. They came to Dallas last week to visit my parents and I got to spend some time with them. It was so great to see them - they both look great!! The day they left, they came out to see our house and meet Bryan. I think they wanted to meet the crazy man who willingly spends his life with me....they weren't sure he existed!

Happy Father's Day!

Happy Father's Day to the best and most handsome dads I know. I have learned so much from all of you - and admire you as well. I couldn't ask for a better dad, a better husband, or a better father in law. I love you all!!!

Loralye

Loralye came to spend the afternoon with her favorite Aunt Phyllis 2 weeks ago. She is getting so big! She has such a personality now and makes us all laugh. Here are a few pictures from our short time together.

She made it!!!

My oldest niece Mandie graduated high school this past Friday. It's so hard to believe she's old enough to have graduated, it seems like only yesterday she was born. She plans on going to UTD and majoring in Psychology and minoring in Spanish. She wants to go on and get a doctorate and be a Psychologist. (she's from the right family for that!!) I believe she will achieve this and have a very successful future!
